What is the Great Commission? How should the Good News be spread?
What is the Great Commission? How should the Good News be spread?
Tonight was such a blessing. I was able to start my day working from home at 7am and wrap by 4pm (working through lunch at my desk). At a bit after 2pm Tee-tee Angie welcomed Maddi’s two littles, Tucker (a few weeks away from age 2) and Caroline (not yet a couple months old), in for the rest of the day. I popped down briefly to say howdie and then finished out my work.
Good music is important. It can bring a soul up out of a funk, it can motivate and inspire to press on even more during exercise or work, and most importantly it is essential to a Christian’s walk to praise God.
I follow a long list of people on various social media platforms. Definitely too many, and I prune from time to time. One account I follow is Joel Persinger on Rumble*. He created a video that I think every Christian should watch; take notes, and take care.
Fun day spent with Ernie hiking and caving at the Rockpile. I say this often, but I am really rather blessed. I picked up the hobby of caving and happen to live very close (1-2 hours) from dozens of caves that I can easily access and explore.
Here is the report I’ve written for the Mother Lode Grotto that will appear in their publication The Valley Caver.
I enjoy riding my ebike to work. While there is some effort, when I’m in a hurry and just want to “get there” I let the ebike assist me much more. When I’m on my way home and it’s not in the 100s, I use the maximum power assist on the mile of surface streets. Once I get to the isolated bike trail I cut the power to the lowest setting and push hard for about 15 minutes.
Angie’s nickname instead of grandma is “Mimi”. Today Mimi was asked to watch our granddaughter. Our son had the day off and it sounds like he was exhausted and needed some sleep, which our granddaughter isn’t allowing much.
I’ve way too much going on in my life to not write about it. I want to celebrate and record the memories to look back on. I don’t want to rely on social media sites which may or may not exist, or may or may not ban me nor exclude others that I wish to share my content with.

Well, I tired of the old style of my homepage, and I’ve seen many great ideas in other homepages, so I’m redesigning my entire homepage. I plan to update this section so that anyone who wishes to quickly check what is new can just jump to this spot and see.
